Dakotah and I were sitting around the campfire one night when he started rambling off some interesting facts about cows he had learned at school. Did you know Uncle Steve that cows drink up to 35 gallons of water a day? They can smell something up to 6 miles away and they do not really bite the grass but rather wrap the blades around their tongue and pull. They also spend 7 to 8 hours a day eating and can see 360 degrees around them. Lastly, cows can go up the stairs but they can not go down them. Humm why would a cow want to go up stairs always?
