Sheep have more then one stomach, and one pound of their wool can make up to 10 miles of spun yarn. In days gone by the fat also called tallow was used by the pioneers to make both candles and soap. During WW1 Woodrow Wilsons wife had a flock of them grazing on the White house lawn, she used the wool to raise money for the Red Cross. They make great pets.
